1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ArcSwap ("the Service"), operated by ArcSwap Technologies Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArcSwap is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregator that enables users to swap digital assets. We do not hold, store, or control user funds at any point during the exchange process. Fiat-to-crypto purchases are facilitated by third-party provider MoonPay, and are subject to MoonPay's own terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Fraud or any other illegal activity
  • Processing transactions from sanctioned jurisdictions
  • Attempting to manipulate or exploit the platform

5. Risks

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You acknowledge that digital asset values are highly volatile and that exchange rates may fluctuate during the transaction process. ArcSwap is not responsible for losses due to market volatility.

6. Fees

Service fees are included in the exchange rate displayed to you. The rate shown at the time of exchange creation is the rate applied to your transaction (floating rates may vary). Network transaction fees are not controlled by ArcSwap.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcSwap Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
